These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the SunFit online store. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. General

These Terms & Conditions apply between A3 Commerce AB, trading as SunFit, and you as the customer.

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to place an order.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on our website at the time your order is placed will apply.

3. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Your order is subject to acceptance by SunFit.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

  • A product is unavailable;

  • Incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed;

  • Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected;

  • Payment cannot be verified;

  • The order cannot be fulfilled.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in your local currency where available.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges and any additional fees will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.

We accept payment through secure third-party payment providers, including:

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Shop Pay

  • Shopify Payments

  • Klarna (where available)

When choosing Klarna, certain personal information may be shared with Klarna in order to determine your eligibility for their payment methods and to process your transaction. Klarna processes your information according to its own Privacy Policy.

5. Shipping

Estimated delivery times are provided on our website and during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays caused by customs authorities, shipping carriers, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occur.

If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the shipment has been delivered to the address provided in your order.

6. Returns

Returns are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Before returning any item, you must contact us at:

  • Items being returned

  • Reason for the return (optional)

We will provide return instructions before the item is shipped back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are normally processed within 14 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement, refund or another appropriate solution.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications and images are accurate.

However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting conditions or manufacturing variations.

We reserve the right to correct errors or update product information without prior notice.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SunFit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable to A3 Commerce AB, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide additional rights.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
